Nostrana is an exciting new restaurant in Glasgow's West End. We have a vacancies for an experienced front of house manager.

​Duties and responsibilities:

• Welcome customers and introduce them to the menu

• Manage table seating

• Interact with customers and create a friendly dining atmosphere

• Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently

• Confirm that the food items match the orders and serve them to the tables

• Operate the drinks bar

• Engage with customers to ensure they are satisfied and have an enjoyable dining experience

• Assist with bills and payments

• Attend regular meetings with restaurant and kitchen managers on menu changes and menu specials

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of house area

• Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner
